I'm doing a small study quilt, where the background has three kinds of lettering: laminated paper in thick fabric, laminated paper in transparent fabric and paper-cloth. This will be a monochromatic garden where I will then put a colorful butterfly as a focal point.
Detail without any sewing.
I like how the yellow centres of the daisies 'pop' against the black and white. Do you use a denim needle to stitch through laminate?
