This is a laminated piece study. I'm planning to do a similar bigger piece. I used fabric cloth and laminated newspaper and magazine clippings.

Your scarves are beautiful! About finishing the multi-colored scarf, look around for some silk organza ribbon and hand stitch to both sides of edges; or silk ribbon (which wouldn't allow the colors to show through.)
